Private Tours FAQ

  1. Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a deposit of 100 euros per private tour. For example, if you booked three tours over the course of three days, then your deposit will be 300 euros.

  2. Can I pay in full, in advance?

    Yes, if you wish to pay your entire balance at that time of reservation, you may do so.

  3. What form of payment do you accept for deposit?

    We currently only accept payments through a secure third party payment service, known as Pay Pal (www.paypal.com). With PayPal, you may pay us via a check, direct bank transfer, or a credit card.

  4. How do I make a payment through PayPal?

    When we send you a confirmation that we have a tour booked for you, we will also send you the necessary information that you need to complete the payment through Pay Pal.

  5. What is your cancellation policy?

    Any cancellation made within 2 weeks is subject to forfeiture of deposit. Any cancellation made within 1 week is subject to 50% of total tour time or forfeiture of deposit (whichever is greater). Any cancellation made within 72 hours is subject to 100% of tour time. Tour time is defined as the estimation we provide you at the time of booking regarding approximately how long the tour will last for to cover the sites that you are interested in.

Semi-Private Group Tours FAQ

  1. What is the maximum number of people allowed on a tour?

    We limit each tour to no more then 10 adults/students. By limiting each tour to such a small number, we can guarantee that you will have a more personal and intimate experience.

    Yes, we require a deposit of 10 euros per person per tour. The remaining balance is due at the start of the tour in cash.
